Courier that ruined my life.

I sent a parcel via Postnet Springs Mall in April this year and when I asked the person I sent the parcel to about that parcel they told me they did not receive it.Postnet told me they do not know where my parcel is,yet it is in their system.I have lost a lot of money because they could not even call me to tell me they couldn't deliver.
