Courier Company's Postnet and Dawn Wing

<p>I am trying to send documents to Australia. I first go to Postnet Westgate, where the individual who is sitting doesn't seem to be happy about the fact that I entered the store and she now has to work!.Then she tells me that I cannot send a cd which has x-ray results on and and ID document. Neither of these two items appear on the Postnet website as prohibited items. She can't tell me why and tells me if I want to know I should phone DHL - what is she actually employed to do?? Then I send Postnet an email complaining and asking how do I send these items - I am still waiting for a reply. Clearly these businesses have to much business and don't require mine - pathetic service and staff.</p>
