Concerning *****ulant behaviour

Hi

This morning I went to the Post Net on 14th Avenue

I get there the lady refused to open the door but the sign on the door said it Open I spoke to Lorrain and showed her my packet , she then said that she has to use a box She did no weigh the package but the invoice said 9kg which is impossible I also told her that postnet to postnet is R99 She charged me R296

This is very concerning as she did not weigh or package the product infront of me which has never happened before at Postnet

Please address this urgently
