Postnet Margate lost my parcel, however Jacoob Khan who handled my complaint, went so far out of his way to personally sort it out that I am astounded at the level of service. He drove out to my Dad picked up the papers needed to re-apply for my vehicle licence and stood in the queue on his behalf an arranged for the licence to be sent up to me. I have never experienced such great customer service before. THANK YOU
