Completely disgusted.

I have been waiting for a package for a whole week. I've been calling into head office as well as the store is was suppose to be delivered to and it was sent by but nothing. My package had said to be delivered by the head office but it is not even at the store for me to collect. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!
