Complaint

I was sent twice by my boss to print out A1s and A3s and also get them laminated. The first time they did everything right but the Second time they did the opposite on the A1s of what I had requested,as soon as I saw the problem I reported it but they turned the blame on me and said I was busy on the phone,so now I am stuck with 4 posters of over a R1000 plus having to pay for their mistake.

All we asking is just great service guys!😒
