Chantelles bad attitude at Postnet Waverley Pretoria

So i send my papers to the email provided to me from waverley store. As i phoned in to ask that they must please print it for me i spoke to vanessa that had this no care attitude and who asked me to wich email i send it . I send it to a gmail account. Which se told me they dont use anymore. She told me that they would print it. As i got here a chantelle spoke to me with a bad attitude. Tol me she doesnt print be for hand.. told me i can wait and she was very rude. I phoned the manager micheal langley whitch nummber i got from headoffice. Chantelle came out was rude to me infront of all the customers in line Told me she did me a favour???? Told me i can phone headoffice as she already heard me calling.. pulled her face at me infront of everyone. Micheal said he will sort it ou tommorow.. is this customer service were a worker has a bad attitude. Smirks at you and the still tells you phone headoffice. Apparently the manager micheal told me this is not the first complaint. Why is she then not repremanded.. very disgusted with this place.
