Carletonville postnet worst service ever

I had the worst experience at Carletonville Postnet, the lady which refuse to give us her name was so rude she didnt want to help me without a tracking nr. The parcel was sent on the 10th of December no sms was sent. Today I went and asked please checked and she refused to help me without the tracking nr which I told her I never received an sms and Blaauw Village postnet said I must just say it is for me. She screamed and turned it into a racial matter which the security asked us to leave even though she was so lazy to look and would rather lay on the counter. I think this is the poorest service I received and looking for answers and a apology for the *********** service.
