Card and Letter Delivered late or not at all

Good Morning<br> <br> I sent a Christmas card and a postcard around the 12th of December 2014 at the Postnet in Boskruin Village. I said to the man working there that I'm sure it wont be delivered in time for Christmas but I would like to send it anyway. The man said to me that it will be there even before Christmas. <br> <br> The card arrived in Canada on the 9th of February 2015 and the postcard has not arrived at all.<br> <br> I am so upset with the service that Postnet has offered, as I was counting on them when the post office was not working.<br> <br> I do not want to send anything with you again.<br> <br> Valerie
