Can't find my parcel

Wow, what a struggle to find my parcel. I was sent a parcel on Saturday already and as soon as I go into their web page I navigate to track the parcel, type in the tracking number and nothing happens. I have sent Postnet Lephalale a message on Facebook as well to no avail. The 3 different couriers I have used in the last two weeks are more reliable. Don't bother using Postnet as they will lose your parcel!!!
