Can we talk about how disgusting PostNet service is!!!!!

My sister sent a parcel to me from Newcastle to Boksburg on the 8th of July 2019 at 10:11, she was told the parcel would leave at 13:00 that same day. I’ve been trying to track I since 08:00am this morning and it says “The tracking number is not active on the system, please contact the sending PostNet store to confirm the status of the shipment”. It’s now 24hrs later and I take it my package has still not left. I’ve called the Newcastle mall branch and the number is not available even sent them an email and no one has responded, I further called the Post Net call centre when they said they would transfer me, what a joke that was cause I had to call back where I got the same clerk (we not stupid we can remember voices) who changed her name from Mantu to Mavis.

You best believe I talk about this disgusting service in my radio interview on Thursday!!!!
