bubble wrap

For more than a year I use post net for my parcels to clients. I counted the last 30 - I have posted 30 times at R99, and thats only the last 30days, i would think i spend enough money at them. My products needs to be bubble wrapped. Now this they have always done for me free of charge. The last week now they didnt have bubble wrap, so I had to pay for jiffy bags. I complained to a staff member because the manager was not in. I said that theyd have to make a plan or I will complain on hellopeter. I was there today, they got bubble wrap, and I was clearly informed that I now had to pay R5/meter. I use perhaps 20cm. Now I dont mind R5 extra, but surely one would think of me as a good client... its the little things. This is not my first bad encounter, but it will be my last. I will now get another courier.

Hello hungrykidz,

Very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused as a result of a change in the commercial model app**** within the store.

The matter was referred to the owner. The Store Manager, Leon, made contact and a more amicable arrangement was reached.

Trust that the matter has been resolved.

Kind regards.

Dawid Liebenberg

Best regards,
