BROKEN PC - INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER 2nd HAND ITEM

29 Sep I reported that they have damaged the computer chassis beyond any repair. The Parts where all broken and POSTNET asked me to send them pictures. They forwarded the problem to ARAMEX who handeled the package. <br> <br> After a long wait and photos and delays, on 5 November i got the following reply<br> <br> \Ek gaan eerlik wees die claim is moeilik oor dit n 2nd handse item is en ons versekering nie sulke items dek nie"<br> <br> I will not make use of POSTNET or any ARAMEX service ever again. <br> <br> They have stalled and stalled and only to tell me a month later that they dont cover 2nd hand parcels.<br> <br> The box was thrown or probably dropped twice - The damage is not from a minor bump! <br> <br> Beware - THEY DONT COVER 2ND HAND ITEMS - RATHER MAKE USE OF SOMEONE ELSE"""
