Beyond Disgusted at lack of delivery promise!!!

On Wednesday 12 Feb at 11.05 I sent a parcel from Bryanston Epsom Downs to Sunnyside PTA and I understand that delivery should take 2-3 days. The receiver is yet to be notified via sms of the parcel and this, over 72hrs ago. I am a first time user and to say I am disgusted at the poor level of service is an understatement or am I expecting too much from a company that promises a 48-72hr delivery time. To make matters worse, Sunnyside Postnet does not answer their calls and calling the call centre proved futile. The parcel was received in branch on the 14th according to tracker records and one would think that by Friday the receiver would have been notified but alas, that is not to be. Shame on you Postnet Esselen Street, Sunnyside for this poor service.
