BEWARE: No insurance on used goods: musical instruments

Kimberley branch say PostNet does not provide insurance cover for used guitars to the value of R3000. While many musicians claim they have event sent guitars with PostNet.

Is this branch staff and owner lying to me or can we get a clear list of what you do or don't insure.

Because if you can't insure used goods to the value of R3000 how can anyone trust you with parcels valued more.
