Better service please Postnet Windermere Durban

I am so disappointed, I used Postnet Windermere to send my documents overseas only for them to write the wrong number on the package. They didn’t even explain to me the different courier services they have on offer as I needed DHL. They sent my docs via aramex !! It’s been close to two weeks and they have not arrived at the destination!!
