Betrayed by Postnet in JHB CBD

My sister sent me a passel on the 23/12/2019 last year from the JHB postnet! Until today I haven't received my order. I have been to the Lukhanji postnet in Queenstown but they said they can't help me their system is offline!

I'm using money to travel to the postnet, to call them even!

The Sneaker was for my son to where them at least on the 1St I had to buy new ones

I want money back! The 2/3 days misleading information
