Benoni Lakeside -pathetic

Waited outside the Lakeside store from 9-9 30am, store was not opened, staff were standing outside laughing at customers when they were asking questions on when it would open....absolutely pathetic service. It is now 9 40am. There is no feedback on when the store will open.
