Bad & Worst service

My parcel was erroneously sent to Northwold instead of Kolonade last week, I paid Northwold and cleared the money so that the parcel can reach Kolonade within a day or 2 and even cleared the payment. I am still waiting and I was told it will reach Kolonade in the next 2 to 3 days. How useless can a transportation be, the parcel is in the same province but the delay is very overwhelming?
