Bad service with wrong trading hours

I arrived at postnet at Heidelberg mall at 5:45 i went in asked to use internet, the lady waa rude asked me did i see what time is it they are closing and she immediately closed the door told i aaked but your trading hours say 18:00 her response was in the company that i work in the open the door late mind u not even working in the same center anyways hows that my business im there as a customer i had to pay 10 rand for two seconds that i logged in the computer the lady from the office kept asking what does she want, did she see the time i had to logout at 6:50 because im inconsiderate
