Bad Service Postnet/DSV

on the 5th we gave a parcel to Postnet the Glen Mall to send to Kroonstad and we advised that it will be delivered on Thursday, On friday afternoon i tracked it DSV website and realized that there is no update and i called *** and i was promised that it will be delivered on Saturday morning before 9am.. around 11am i called and i was told they wont be able to do this delivery anymore all cars went in for service and they can only deliver on sunday morning. Today is monday still no update and no one is answering my call at the postnet. Tracking nr: XDXCT***5.
