Bad service Postnet Woodhill and Aramex

Good Day. I have sent a parcel with Postnet to Herm**** with Aramex as their courier. This was on 17 March 2020. They have hi-jacked the courier. Since the client at Herm**** contacted me regarding the hi-jacking, I have tried to get my money back. I need to buy the products back for the client, but still after a lot of emails to Postnet Woodhill and Aramex, nothing till date happened. This is bad service. I will never use any of the compies in my life again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
