Bad service Postnet Lenasia!

Such disgusting and disappointing service from Postnet Lenasia branch! Trading hours are till 5pm, got there at 4:30pm and branch was closed. The guy who works there has the nerve to tell me they actually should have closed at 3pm. What is so sad is I called before making way there to confirm if they will be open around past 4 and was told yes! I was told he has already requested for Uber and could not assist at that time! This is so disappointing!
