BAD Service, No response!
I'm so fed up of complaining. This is the second complain in the time frame of about a month and a half. My goods were hijacked on the 10th of April going from Newcastle to Grahamstown. We were helped nicely, thank you. HOWEVER, we were told that we were going to receive a case number which we STILL haven't received. Even after numerous calls, we are not being helped. PLEASE, I need to claim for my beloved items, and get this over with!!!

If this is the level of service from Postnet, I will not use you guys again, I will spread this message on my social media platforms where I have over 4000 friends.
