Bad service from Postnet, Secunda.
<p>My sister and I had a bad experience with Postnet in Secunda a couple of months ago. I logged a complaint on Hellopeter and Postnet responded by saying they will investigate and give me feedback. They are taking awfully long to respond but I suppose it is because of the drought, which is affecting all sectors of the economy. I have to comment another branch on excellent, outstanding service with-in the Postnet group. I had to send a parcel to my daughter in Amanzimtoti but was very wary of visiting Postnet. It ended up that I went to Postnet in Heidelberg. The staff was very helpful and assured me that the parcel will be delivered within 2-3 working days. This was on Friday, 20th May 2016. The parcel arrived at the destination on Sa****ay, 21nd May 2016. That is what I call EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you, Postnet, HEIDELBERG. You deserve medals.</p>
