bad service from postnet kloof

BAD SERVICE DELIVER FROM POSTNET KLOOF Hi, my name is Mitesh. I had important original documents to be couriered to JHB urgently to be signed and sent back for insurance purposes. I decided to use POSTNET Kloof has they are a so-called reputable courier service. On the arrival at POSTNET Kloof on the 02/09/2019, I enquired if it was possible for the documents to be sent over night and this was confirmed by them, I then proceeded with the courier service offered by them. On the 3/09/2019 I followed up with the recipient only to find out that the documents were not received, I then followed up with POSTNET only for them to tell me they can’t confirm anything. This proceeded to the 4/09/2019 and the documents were still not received by the recipient destination. Once again, I contacted POSTNET and there was no feedback from them. I then proceeded to find an alternate contact person to get answers and after many difficulties I managed to get a hold of the regional manager of POSTNET and he could assist me but directed me to a person named Kenny. Kenny was very apologetic and promised that the Documents will be delivered on the 5/09/2019 before 5h00 on the 5/09/2019 @ 5h30 I followed up with the intended recipient and the Documents still did not react the destination. Kenny then advised me to contact the courier company directly and gave me details for Afrimax Courier services and to speak to Thara. Thara from Afrimax then promised that the documents will be delivered to the destination on the 6/09/2019 @ 8h00 I followed up with Thara at 8h15 on 06/09/2019 and she promised the delivery will be done within the next 10 to 15 min delivery was only done at 13hoo on 06/09/2019 I will never recommend postnet to anyone absolute poor customer service
