Bad service from postnet and unprofessional staff

Am so disappointed and regret using postnet, i have been waiting for my parcel which was send on 28th September from postnet polokwane to northwest mafikeng which we choose door to door delivery, until this day 9th of October my parcel is not delivered or communication whatsoever from postnet.i send numerous emails and called but No help at all,the response I got from postnet *** was that their coriuer couldn't locate my address which is a lie because most of my parcel are delivered on that address with other delivery services with no issues or delays.
