Bad Service from Franchise

I visited them to print colour & black /w copies. The lady printed half and attended other customers. She said my job load was time consuming. She later returned and printed the rest and counted papers and presented a bill for me to pay. I paid and went home. Upon arrival @ home I discovered wrong prints. The following day I phoned her. She asked why didn't I check before leaving the store? I asked her, why did she collect my money before checking that her job deserved my money? I asked for the owner, I was told: NOT PRESENT. I phoned h/o, they suggested I drop email for the owner. 24hrs gone, no feedback from the owner. Stay away, there is no accountability from their business.
