Bad service from Davis

On the 9th of November 2017 I had the misfortune of dealing with Davis at PostNet V&A waterfront. He charged me 500 for packing of my parcels this was exclusive of the courier cost. Upon seeing the receipt I was shocked and asked to be refunded. He told me his manager was on holiday and I should return on the 10th. Well!! Guess what ??? I am also on holiday and leaving on the 10th I can't go back for the manager to refund me because he is the only person with the pin. Anyway I went to PostNet fors**** and they charged me R564 for two shipments going to Johannesburg including the packing. I want my money back. I demand my money. Someone better call me to get my details. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I DEMAND IT. I had to PostNet hop and what an experience it was. I hope my wines get there in order so help me God!
