Bad service

I wanted to send a special Valentine's gift to my girlfriend from Nelspruit to Johannesburg. I went to Postnet on the 11th of February. It is the 19th of February and no one knows where my package is. This is unbelievable! I will never use them again, not even to print something. When you phone the help desk it just rings and no one answers.
