Bad service

The service I received shocking I wanted to courier documents to kzn was promised to receive my tracking number 2 days ago and my parcel has still not been delivered I phoned the post net dobsonville and was given some story about waiting for head office to send them wables asked for head office number they didn't have called their head office to lay a complain put me on hold then came back and took my details still waiting for their call to resolve my issue
