BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE

<p>I have never had a good experience at PostNet. Most of the staff are rude and their service are bad. This afternoon they phoned my offices to advise that there is a parcel to be collected for me. 10 minutes later when I arrived the parcel was missing and 3 people were searching for it. And best of all, the lady who made the phone call could not remember where she had put the parcel 10 minutes earlier. Unorganized!!! When they finally found the parcel, the initial lady just ignored me and attended to another customer. I then told the person who was busy with me that I am going to report them and he just laughed. What a joke!!!</p>
