BAD SERVICE AT POSTNET SANDTON CITY!!

After today's experience with the manager from Postnet Sandton City never I again will I use it or advise someone to use it ever! I sent a parcel from Cape Town to Jo'burg only to be collected by the wrong person who turned to be an honest citizen to call me and tell me he has my parcel. I called the Kenilworth branch in Cape Town who acknowledged their mistake and apologised but they didn't understand why Postnet Sandton City didn't check if the ID of Morris matched with the name on the parcel, Bil****d. I called Postnet Sandton City to get an understanding of how all of this mess happened only to be transfered to a manager with no explanation from the receptionist. The manager seemed on a rush to hear my story and told me we are now wasting time , no apology whatsoever and he even dropped the call on me!!! How rude is that and unprofessional !!!

Morris wherever you are God bless you abundantly for being such an honest man!!! This country deserves more of the citizens like you!
