Bad service at Postnet Doringkloof

Stopped at Postnet Doringkloof today at 17h20, after making sure they only close at 17h30, to find the shop door closed. Staff inside, watching me in my car, did not move a muscle to assist or indicate if they are open or not. After I shook the door it was reluctantly opened, and I was told that they close the door at 17h25. After I showed them the time, they mumbled that their clock states it is 17h25. Obviously they were trying to close their doors a little earlier. When I asked for my package I was really treated badly - staff were NOT friendly. No "hello, may I help you?" - instead my package was slapped on the counter and I was rudely asked for my id. No "please". They made sure that I got the message that I was not welcome in the shop at 17h20. May I remind you that I AM THE CLIENT!!! To the owner, who is probably on leave - please take note that in future I will refuse to be served by the staff that was there today and will try my best to take my business elsewhere. They obviously do not know what client service is!
