Bad service at postnet

My experience with them was the worst ever as I have never gotten a response from them on my parcel that they said was faulty and they never communicated that to me in time. I had to track the parcel online after it had delayed arriving at its destination. They kept quiet about the parcel for 2 weeks and I was going up and down to Postnet Matatiele where I posted the parcel to seek for answers. Until they said the parcel was broken. I asked them to send it as it is. When the parcel arrived the perfumes inside were missing. Until today I have not received a response when I enquired on the report on what happened to the parcel and am claiming my missing items. They are so ******** with poor service.
