Bad service at La Lucia Mall Postnet

Postnet Lalucia serves is so bad. I tried getting my documents certified as they lack the experience of doing so.

Please help. They said I can get my documents certified by a postnet but my local postnet can't do so. I recommend you don't waste your time at Lalucia mall postnet.
