Bad service and no arrival of packages!

Sent parcels to Cape Town and one to Johannesburg. Was told that the Longest it would be was 3 working days (or pay R1300 for over night!!!!!) . Well a week later still nothing! Phoned the one branch and they were so unhelpful(Craighall). Shocking service. Just hope they do arrive! Will not use them again.
