Bad service and ***** alert at chartsworth postnet

I did a 24 hours police clearance and paid R280-00.

It's a second week now,I have not received it and they don't give me answers as to what could have went wrong.

Last time I spoke to them telephonically,they promised to get back at me same day because they have my number,but they didn't.

They now know my number,so when I call them,they pick the phone up and drop it.

They also say they can't refund me. Bad and rude customer service there at chatsworth
