Bad service

I was served by a rude and an *********** guy at postnet Gezina.

1st of all he didn't know that postnet can do overnight from postnet to postnet. Luckily the lady colleague next to him informed him but still instead of acknowledging that he was wrong he said "well that option is not showing on my screen".

2nd; I asked for packaging but this guy just put my item in the usual red postnet courier plastic bag and i had to remind him that i needed proper packaging. I then chose the box size and also aked for a bubble wrap.

3rd; did this guy not close the box with a tape without putting my item iside the box. I told him that box he just closed is empty and the item is outside....His reply was that i should let him do his job and not tell him what to do.

4th; He then put the item inside without the bubble wrap and again i reminded him that i asked for a bubble wrap...He stormed out on me that he does not like being micromanaged, i should let him do his job. He had to open the box and wrap my item.

Im shocked, this guy almost sent an empty.

Its one thing to be rude but he also proved to be negligent and doesn't want to be corrected.
