Bad service

I spoke to Shaylon Terrimor from Aramex, I would like to be refunded my bill as the parcel was supposed to reach JHB on Tuesday 15/06/2021. The driver did not arrive to the destination as the kids did not see the car at all, it never parked outside our house. I need the parcel which is my mother phone delivered today. The driver just did not arrive, he only phoned, he is suppose to estimate his time of arrival. therefore I need to be refunded as the service was not provided. **** Reality you cant expect a person to wait for you in the house the whole day, call at least an hour before your destination and the time you will arrive,
