Bad Service.

On Saturday the 31st of January 2015 I went to Post Net to collect a parcel. Sue was the only person working on the day and seemed very upset to be working alone. We were three customers in the store and when it was my turn I told her that I came to collect a parcel. She got very rude and told me that she is very busy and doesn't have time to help me. With only three customers in her store including me I think that she was not at all busy. She is rude and I take it she doesn't know how to deal with costumers!
