Bad service

I've just had the worse service from postNet maake plaza in limpopo my mother send a parcel to whiteriver(me) on Monday so yesterday I decided to track only to findout the parcel went to tree river 🙃 so I informed my mom to go maake plaza with the way bill cause it's written whiteriver crossing only to be told that my parcel was ******(laptop and a bag)on its way to whiteriver but they tracking shows 3 river worse when speaking to the manager he buys laughing and they are speaking of insurance that no one told us about it
