Bad service

I went to postnet in savoy mthatha. I arrived at 16:58 and the lady who was assisting me said it was closed. I asked her what time do they close because according to their times they close at 17:00. She said at 17:00 they are supposed to lwave thw shop. Sadly what i know is that at 17:00 they are supposed to closed the door not leave the shop. Bad service i received, i was not happy at all.
