Bad service

I sent a parcel on the 4th of June from Cape Town to Vryburg .According to their terms and conditions ,it should take 2-3 days for the parcel to arrive .The parcel was sent to Durban then to Johannesburg ,back to Durban and now to Kimberley .It is the 11 June today ,8 days later ,and the parcel has still not arrived at its destination .I have no clue where in South Africa my parcel is going to go next .I am absolutely furious with the bad service .Every time I call ,instead of hearing good news ,all I hear is the parcel was sent to another city ,other than the one it was originally destined for .Totally totally putrid service .
