Bad service

I too a parcel to Postnet Lakeside clearly marked with the delivery address to Postnet Glenfair (Pretoria) When I got home I noticed that the incorrect address appeared on the waybill and that it was being sent to Postnet Glenwood (Durban). I phoned the Lakeside branch and was assured thata they would change the details and that the package would go directly to Glenfair. I was promised a return call to confirm this - twice - I received no return call. On checking this morning on the tracking service I noticed that it was on its way to Glenwood. Now the package will be sent to Pretoria after it has been received in Durban. I asked Postnet Lakeside for a refund, but this was declined. I will not be using this branch of Postnet again. It was their error - and I have received no compensation or apology.
