Bad service!!

Second time I went to Postnet at Northcliff Square. The guy working there is very rude to the customers. He sits and play games and does not even ask if someone needs assistance. He always chats to people outside the shop but has a stinky attitude when it comes to his customers... I would rather use another company in the future if this is the standard of employees...
