Bad service

Post net at the Glen JHB lost a package of mine with a spare key for my car (the courier company lost it). The staff did not advise the sender to take insurance and proceeded to offer a refund of R1000 for an item that is worth R3611. Postnet SA kindly added an extra R1000 after I have complained so I lost R1611 and I am still waiting for the payment from Postnet SA. This was a very stressful experience for me an in future I will not send packages with Postnet anymore.
