Bad service

<p>On the 21/11/2016 around 17:13 i went to Postnet mafikeng to post my tender documents to Johannesburg and they promise it will never take long however only to find out that my documents were only delivered on thurday the 24/11/2016 and closing date for that was on the 24th Nov now i have lost.</p>
