Bad postnet overnight service

There was an Overnight parcel handed in at Richards Bay on the 25th of Sept 2019. It was suppose to be delivered on the 26th in Pretoria - that is why it was Overnight parcel. Today is the 28 Sept and i have still not received my parcel. Since it is now weekend it would only be delivered either Monday or Tuesday. When entering in the tracking number is show it is being processed at the operations facility. This is extremely bad service. It would be faster sending it by normal post - office and hell of a lot cheaper. How can a overnight parcel take a week? I would discourage anyone for using Postnet overnight service. or for that matter any postage.
