Bad Management & False Information

I first called PostNet Chilli Lane to see if they can take photos for the Green Card Lottery and they said yes. The manager unprofessionally sat me on a chair in front of a yellow door and took a photo with their digital camera at a slightly high angle and then checked the image on their photo tool and said it was perfect and emailed me a full picture with not 1 edit. I could have done that at home. I paid R55 for that picture and it cannot be used. I had to spend more money to get it done professionally somewhere else. What a waste of money.<br> <br> I then went there today to scan a document and told them about my problem. The lady behind the counter said I must speak to the manager and looked at him. I approached him and said what must I do about the complaint I had and he blatantly ignored me and carried on with what he was doing. He did not even recognise me when I said I was going to Hello Peter. I will not use that PostNet again. I would prefer to drive further to use someone who takes pride in their business and service offerings.
